The MB-120 NCH mandrel tubing bender is a very heavy duty bending machine that uses simple NC (numeric controller) controls that are very easy to use for small to large production runs. The NCH version has industrial grade hydraulics to power the bending head, and all die pressure points such as the mandrel extractor and pressure dies. The framework of the MB-120 NCH mandrel tubing bender is made of very heavy steel plate that is electro welded to ensure no machine flex while bending at maximum capacity. Like all NCH mandrel tubing benders, this machine can bend to a minimum internal radius of 1 x OD (outside diameter).

The NCH mandrel benders come standard with mechanical stops and can be set up for each beginning of bend on a single piece of material. These stops can be set up in seconds and work great when doing runs that require multiple repeatable bends. The MB-120 NCH mandrel tubing bender can be outfitted with the optional plane of bend positioning devise that communicates to the NC controller. This is a must have option when multiple bends on varying planes is required on multiple piece runs.
