RDB-150-AS Tube Bender

Made in the USA, the RDB-150-AS tube bender is the perfect bender for any fabrication shop looking to save time and money.   It features one shot bending to 180°, easy to read degree indicator with auto-stop and quick release counter die system, which allows the pipe bender to be loaded and unloaded quickly.

The RDB-150-AS pipe bender is capable of bending 2" Schedule 40 pipe and up to 2-1/2" tubing with a wall thickness of .120" mild steel.  2" square tubing with a wall thickness of .125" is also with in this tube bender's limits.  The RDB-150-AS pipe bender is capable of an 8" center line radius maximum, and can bend 2 times the outside diameter depending on the wall thickness of the material.  As with all Baileigh pipe Benders, the RDB-150-AS accepts Baileigh industrial's standard drop on tooling, for bending pipe, tube, square tube and solid rod.  Baileigh can also make just about any custom tooling that your application will call for.

The RDB-150-AS has an auto stop feature that allows the user to program the desired angle of bend and the tube bender will automatically stop at that degree every time.  Unlike other tube and pipe Benders on the market programming on the RDB-150-AS is true since that the die head is where the angle is measured instead of on the cylinder which doesn't give you true placement of the angle.

Unlike other tube Benders on the market the RDB-150-AS tube and pipe bender uses a 110 volt industrial grade, low pressure hydraulic system, making this tube and pipe bender safe for even the stingiest of safety codes.
