Hydraulic Tube Bender - RDB-150

This is the original 180° hydraulic tube bender. Introduced to the market by Baileigh Industrial in 2002 and now has thousands in the field working flawlessly every day. The RDB-150 rotary draw bender has been copied many times by the competition, but has yet to be duplicated.  RDB-150 is the perfect bender for small to medium fabrication shops looking to save time and money.   It features one shot bending to 180°, easy to read degree indicator and quick release counter die system, which allows the pipe bender to be loaded and unloaded quickly.

Made in the USA, the RDB-150 tube bender is a powerful machine capable of bending 2" Schedule 40 pipe and up to 2-1/2" tubing with a wall thickness of .120" mild steel.  The RDB-150 pipe bender is capable of an 8" center line radius maximum, and can bend 2 times the outside diameter depending on the wall thickness of the material.  As with all Baileigh pipe Benders, the RDB-150 accepts our standard drop on tooling, for bending pipe, tube, square tube and solid rod. Baileigh also offers custom tooling for any application. 

Unlike other tube Benders on the market the RDB-150 rotary draw bender uses a 110 volt industrial grade, low pressure hydraulic system, making this tube and pipe bender safe for even the stingiest of safety codes.
