Hydraulic Ironworker - SW-95
Ironworker Machine
The SW-95 hydraulic ironworker has 95 tons of punching power and 123 tons of shearing and notching power. This is a dual operator machine where both areas can be operated independently at the same time with no loss of power to either work area. Like all Baileigh hydraulic ironworkers this is a true five station machine.
This hydraulic ironworker is constructed from heavy structural plate that is first bolted, then electro-welded in place for rigidity. All motions of the SW-95 operate using pure vertical movements and NO PIVOT, common on most other hydraulic ironworkers. Vertical movement with no linkages is less stressful on the machine, allowing the tooling to last longer by eliminating the harsh snap when punching.
The punching station has a deep 16" throat and comes standard with 7 sets of punches and a large scaled table. The table can be broken down to accept channel and angle iron. In the punching section it can be outfitted with the optional pipe notching and press brake tooling.
This hydraulic ironworker is outfitted with a hydraulic hold down system at the shearing station for plate, solids, and angle. An optional channel iron shear is available. To compliment the shearing section an automatic back gauge is available to assist with large production runs. Our shearing section does not produce an expensive slug of material waste common with some other brands.
Our hydraulic ironworkers notching section is great for working with solid plate and angle iron. This notching station can be outfitted with the optional vee notcher.
Baileigh keeps a large inventory of tooling in stock for same day shipments. This machine is typically in stock for quick deliveries. Please call your knowledgeable Baileigh representative for further information.
