We offer an abrasive cut off saw line with two models to choose from. This type of metal cuttting saw uses a 14" or 16" wheel that turns at a very high RPM (up to 4300 depending on the model) and is the perfect cutting machine for cutting metal, stainless steel tubing, cutting tube and pipe, and much more. We offer a mitering abrasive cut off saw that has a heavy duty base (floor model) as well as a bench mount abrasive chop saw. The mitering floor model uses a 14" wheel and can miter 45 degrees left or right. The advantage to owning one of our abrasive cut off saws is they are extremely fast and economical to run.
Baileigh's horizontal metal band saw line consists of 21 different models to choose from. We have light duty portable band saw machines all the way up to large saw machines capable of cutting large I-beams. Our metal cutting bandsaw lineup consists of straight, column, or miter head style machines in manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic versions. A Baileigh vertical band saw is a very solid metal cutting machine for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Each fine piece of equipment has different throat depths and allowable thicknesses. Each machine has multiple speeds for different materials, as well as allows different blade widths depending on the task at hand. Our vertical band saw line is designed and built to very high standards, while maintaining an affordable pricing structure for all to own.
Our horizontal vertical bandsaw line consists of four machines to choose from. We offer straight pivot or mitering pivot heads that can miter up to 45 degrees in the horizontal mode. Drives offered are pulley, gearbox to transmission, or variable speed drive to gearbox. A horizontal vertical bandsaw has the great feature of easily being converted into a small vertical bandsaw in seconds for specific jobs. This is perfect for the home shop or small fabricator whose cutting is limited.
Finally we have a great biodegradable line of band saw and cold saw coolant. It is 100% safe and environment friendly. It massively extends blade and machine life. Our saw coolant comes in 1 or 5 gallon pails and can be mixed 20 to 1 with water.
