Baileigh automatic industrial saws have been manufactured to offer decades of profitable production in very demanding industrial fabrication and machine shops. We offer two different unique versions of automatic metal saws: 1. The BS-300A and BS-330A have simple automatic feeds using a drive roller and hydraulic pressure roller coupled to an encoder to monitor proper feed lengths of material. The advantage to this simple feed system is cost. These types of non-mitering horizontal band saws are extremely well priced. 2. The Band Saws BS-20A and BS-24A have infeed tables with a feed system that travels to the next position while the material is being cut. Once at the proper feed position the material is clamped and awaits the cutting cycle to finish so it can feed the next piece to be cut. These feed tables are also equipped with hydraulic bundle feeding capabilities for massive production requirements. The feed systems are hydraulically driven and use encoder positioning for accuracy. These models also have mitering heads that can be turned 45 degrees.
Our automatic industrial saws come standard with coolant systems, halogen lights, variable speeds, and easy to use programmers. Baileigh automatic band saws range in blade sizes from 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" blades that are coupled to hardened bearing blade turners and carbide blade guides. These coupled together offers the operator the straightest cuts every time in various materials like mild steel, stainless steel, bronze and much more.
Baileigh automatic band saws are made using the finest materials and components. Each machine comes standard with heavy duty frames that are coupled to heavy duty electro welded steel bows for precise cuts every time. Powerful industrial grade coolant pumps clear the chips away and cool the blade before the tooth has to take another cut that extends blade life. The BS-300A and BS-330A have mechanical variable speed devises while the BS-20A and BS-24A have inverter drives to control the blade speed as well as a chip removal auger.
