Baileigh Industrial offers a versatile line of horizontal vertical bandsaws ranging in capacities from 4-3/4" up to 7" round and up to 7" X 10" rectangle. Each of these metal cutting band saws is small and portable making them the perfect machine for any congested fabrication shop or garage.
A vertical horizontal band
saw from our line only requires 110 volts of single phase power that allows for them to work in any
shop or remote job site. Some of our metal cutting machines have step pulley, gear transmissions, or variable speed drives. These metal cutting bandsaws range in weights from 73 to 397 lbs. Blade sizes range from 1/2" up to 3/4" on our larger capacity models.
We offer straight 90 degree horizontal vertical bandsaws or ones with true mitering heads that can cut on angles up to 45 degrees, perfect for angle iron. Some of these cutting machines have manual handle pull downs, while others have air over hydraulic down feeds so the operator can walk away while the saw is cutting. A major plus is that these metal cutting band saws can operate in the horizontal mode, and by attaching a table can operate in the vertical position as well.
