The BB-9610H hydraulic finger brake will do a maximum of 10 gauge sheet metal at a full 8 feet, but it is not just a brake for heavier gauge, it will just a easily handle lighter gauges as well.  This hydraulic sheet metal brake has 6-3", 4-4", 10-5" and 2-6" fingers that will allow the for many different size boxes. The BB-9610H box and pan brake's frame is built with a fully electro welded beam, bending leaf and is further stabilized with truss rod support that helps minimize any deflection when bending at full capacity.  One feature that is unique to the BB-9610H is the adjustable table crowing mechanism, that helps produce a uniform bend when bending at the full 10 gauge thickness.

Like all Baileigh Industrial products the BB-9610H hydraulic box and pan brake uses industrial grade hydraulics that is used to lift the bending leaf.  The BB-9610H can be operated in manual or semi-automatic mode with the use of a foot pedal and a toggle joystick.   To handle the clamping pressure required to bend 10 gauge mild steel, the beam is lifted and clamped via an electric motor.  The BB-9610H hydraulic finger brake has a 1" beam adjustment and is capable of bending to 135° via a programmable stop bend adjustment making this a very good production machine.

The BB-9610H, like all the Baileigh Industrial box and pan brakes, has a bending apron that is removable. allowing the operator to get closer between bends.   Operating on 220V 3 phase the BB-9610H uses a very robust 5 hp motor to control all the hydraulic functions.  The BB-9610H is typically in stock for quick deliveries.
