Baileigh offers these great 12 gauge finger brakes using the European preferred foot clamp design. These box and pan brakes allow the operator to clamp the material hands free so he can use both hands for perfect positioning of the sheet metal before clamping the material in place.
Each finger brake model comes standard with an assortment of different width fingers to accommodate bending up the various sizes and shapes of tanks, pans, boxes and much more. There is an easy to adjust gap adjustment for various gauges. A spring loaded cylinder assists lifting the apron which gives assistance to the operator when bending at full capacity, let's face it any assistance or break we can get in life helps.
Each European style foot clamping box and pan brake has hardened fingers, and a hardened bending die in the apron, as well as a stop rod for repeatable bend angles every time. A European bending brake has a smaller floor plan than most other style machines on the market.
