• The Model 300-S tubing bender utilizes a portable cart with wheels for easy mobilization around the job site or production floor.

• To program a bend, simply turn the degree hand wheel to the desired bend angle (include spring back.) When performing a bend, the die head will automatically stop at the degree indicated on the numerical counter. Allows for accurate repeatability when performing one or multiple bends. No complicated electronics to program.
• Lead screw indicator ensures repeatable counter die positioning for multiple bends.
• Bend can be advanced after stopping machine, saves on material costs.
• In the return mode, the die head stops in the zero or home position.
• All die sets are color coded for easy identification (green for pipe, blue for tube, and gray for square.)
• Counter dies have replaceable insert that reduces future replacement costs.
• Unique die design allows for die and hook arm to be disassembled, reducing future replacement costs.
• Overload protection ensures long component life.
