The Baileigh Industrial VM-1039E vertical milling machine is the big brother to the VM-931E vertical mill. It carries on the tradition of a well built economical machine that will do everything you could ask and more.
The VM-1039E comes with tons of standard features making it fit right in the Baileigh Industrial line up. The 10” x 39” table of the VM-1039E milling machine is hardened, then surface ground and finally polished offering a longer and more precise life. The casting of the machine is forged for extra rigidity, less vibration, offering better tolerances and longer tool life. The spindle on the head of the VM-1039E vertical mill is an industry standard R-8 which allows tooling to be sourced anywhere.
The VM-1039E has X and Y axis power feeds for convenience and ease of use. S Digital read out for the X and Y axis is also standard. The VM-1039E milling machine has a belt driven head producing speeds as low as 20 rpm and up to 2400 RPM. A halogen work light is also included with this great package.
